A NEW Minimum Standard

A life of abundance and pleasure

Hello you sparkling bean,

Wow, that full moon last week.

Are you also experiencing challenging - perhaps even unwanted - shifts that you “just know” are for the better?

The decisions that have been looming in the far, the things you’ve postponed, or the answers you’ve been looking… all of a sudden they are staring you in your sparkling face?

Ride with it, it’s time to rise - which is what this week’s edition of Breaking the Mold is ALL about.

Are you ready to come HOME?

Time to Rise

Have you ever tried manifesting?

Or, you are deep into the personal development world:

  • Meditation at 6:00am

  • Breathwork at 6:30am

  • Workout at 7:00am

  • Cold shower at 8:00am

  • Healthy breakfast - of course

To at the end of your day read that book, attend that course, and journal.

And yet, the change you are looking for; the person, the money, or the business takes ages to come/take off.

Ohhhh (said in a deep Chicago blues voice) I understand what that feels like.

Why is it taking so loooong?

It’s not like your intentions are unclear or you aren’t putting in the work.

The solution hit me hard.

Admittedly, I was crying rivers when I realized what it was.

Have you ever said:

“I want a beautiful relationship with love, respect, and trust.”

Said a hopeless romantic

Or,

“I really want to grow my business and earn 10k EUR a month.

Said a responsible people pleaser

But when the next client arrived:

She/he started to negotiate the price and you LOWERED it.

Or in your relationships:

Your next date/partner showed distrust and judgment, and your gut said “enough” - you stayed or gave him/her another chance (how many chances have you already given the person?)

Mind the Gap

What’s your minimum standard?

You say you want rainbows and unicorns YET you settle for thunder and hippopotamuses (but hippos are cute, I know, sorry).

You might not get everything you dream of, but you will get what you tolerate.

Your Mission

Evaluate your current level of tolerance in all 9 areas of your life by…

👉️ First, rating them from 1 to 10 (1=despair and 10=rainbowland).

  1. Health

  2. Wealth

  3. Relationships

  4. Mindset

  5. Emotions

  6. Purpose

  7. Passion

  8. Contribution

  9. Spirituality

For instance:

  1. Health 5/10

  2. Wealth 4/10

  3. Etc.

👉️ Then, writing down examples of what you NO longer tolerate in EACH area.
Be real, raw, and loving with yourself.

For instance:

“Relationships: I no longer tolerate…”

  • Having NO time for myself.

  • Putting others’ needs and wants above mine

  • Working while others enjoy weekends and vacations.

👉️ Finally, writing your NEW minimum standard as it has already happened (and paste it proudly and visibly for you).

For instance:

“Wealth; I’m so happy and grateful that I already have…”

  • At least one profitable passive income.

  • A savings account with at least 30,000 EUR

Health; I’m so happy and grateful that I already have…”

  • Enjoyed at least 2 weeks of vacation per year.

  • Attended at least one specialist appointment per month.

Raise the Bar

You set your intentions and do the work, and yet, accept way less…

…Let me say that again!

Waaaay less than you desire (and deserve).

I cried rivers when this became clear, and then the feeling of relief and deep knowing, paired with the people and opportunities I attracted into my life was nothing than BE-spoke.

Mind the gap between what you tolerate and intend.

When you raise your level of tolerance, you vibrate at a higher energy and attract greater things into your life.

Set your NEW minimum standard.

From now on, have deep gratitude for where you’ve been and accept NOTHING less than your new minimum standard (and let me know what happens 😉).

👉 For a loving push and holistic guidance to do so - and make sure you stick to it - I’m in your corner.

Two months from now…

You’ll look back and be so proud of having stopped holding back and settling for less.

Enjoy,
Erik
